Real protection requires collective effort: parents, relatives, schools, faith-based groups, local nonprofits, law enforcement, treatment centers, and every caring community member.

But you do have to be willing to stop pretending that everything is okay when it’s not. Because only when we name the pain can we begin to move through it. You don’t have to do this alone.
