People with chronic pain stay stuck because of this.

They are tired of the same results but aren’t willing to make different choices.

The way I look at it is that you have 2 options.

Change the choices you make or change the expectations you have on the results you get.

Going to McDonald’s expecting a prime rib would leave me constantly disappointed.

Option A: Expect to not get what I want

Option B: Change my decision and go somewhere that serves prime rib

Both make me less disappointed…

Which you think is right or wrong is up to you!

Rehabbing like a pro athlete is NOT the move.

At least not if you are following their “rehab” in season.

Everyone just wants to feel good enough to play next week, they can worry about the rest during their off season.

You don’t get an off season.

You would get 10x the results starting with real rehab over the quick fixes most people stick to.

Being able to do more and move more while pain holds steady is still a huge improvement.

Repeat that step enough and you’ll find that your pain slowly starts to vanish.
