New prenatal supplement available in the office!

Prenatal vitamins are important before, during, and after pregnancy 🤰🏼

One of the best things you can do to prepare for a bundle of joy is to have all your nutrient demands filled! Making sure you have all the nutrients your body will require when you start to grow a baby will help you to have a healthy pregnancy. Typically, it’s best to start doing this at least six months prior to getting pregnant.

During pregnancy, your nutrient demands increase significantly! Certain nutrients like iodine, iron, and B vitamins are in higher demand, and your thyroid needs to create even more thyroid hormone to keep up with demands. Make sure that your prenatal vitamin has adequate levels of these important nutrients.

During breast feedings your nutrient demands are even higher than when you’re pregnant. Prenatal Complete will cover all the bases for your breastfeeding demands for however long you decide to nurse.
