Lancaster Family Health Care offers primary care, mental health, weight management, and addiction treatment.

We offer a sliding fee scale and never deny care due to inability to pay. We are a primary care facility that also offers mental health services such as counselling and a psych nurse practitioner. We welcome walk ins and offer some telehealth services.
