Hydration is SOOOOO important during pregnancy and can sometimes be hard to get what your daily needs are in….It is also VERY important to be hydrated when coming to see us!!!
Best pictures of your baby can be retrieved when there are lots of fluid……fluid lets the “camera focus”. Make sure a few days before your appointment…. You are drinking 💦 !!!!!
