At just 16, Aaliyah's addiction began. Nine years later, she was at her breaking point. After trying multiple programs, she found real hope at ARC, where she built meaningful relationships, gained confidence, and discovered the strength to stand on her own. 💙

🌟 We love seeing our clients give back! Recently, clients at Crown Recovery Center helped their community by laying mulch at Washington County Elementary School. The ladies at Hazel Hills Residential Crisis Center also gave their time to help clean out a store for Bath County Christian Services. 🙌

Service is a powerful part of recovery! It shifts the focus from personal struggles to helping others, building purpose, self-worth, and connection. By giving back, our clients strengthen their commitment to sobriety, grow in confidence, and discover the joy of making a difference. 💙

☀️ Some of our clients at Lackey enjoyed a peaceful day at the lake, taking in fresh air and beautiful scenery!

Recovery isn’t just about healing from the past, but it’s about learning to find joy, peace, and fulfillment in new, healthy ways. 🕊️ Time outdoors can reduce stress, ease anxiety, and remind us of the simple beauty in life. 💙

🕯️ Over the weekend, clients and staff at White Oak Hill gathered for a candlelight vigil to honor and remember the lives of those we’ve lost to addiction. 🕯️

Each candle reminds us that their memory is still alive. 🖤

As we grieve, we also stand together, committed to supporting one another and carrying the promise that no one walks this journey alone. 🌟

🐟 A few of our ladies at Hazel Hills Residential Crisis Center recently had the chance to spend the day at Cave Run Lake and the fish hatchery! 🐠✨

From soaking in the beauty of God’s creation to learning something new, each moment was a reminder of how recovery opens the door to joy, growth, and purpose. 💙

Every step outside the center is a step toward a brighter future, and we are so proud of the amazing progress our ladies are making! 🌟

💌 At Addiction Recovery Care, we believe recovery is about more than just getting sober. It’s about gratitude, connection, and community.

Our clients have started a powerful new activity called the Gratitude Letter, where they write heartfelt notes to those who have made a lasting impact on their recovery journey, someone who believed in them when they couldn’t believe in themselves. 🙌

Recovery takes a community, and these letters are a reminder of how powerful encouragement and support can be in changing lives. 💙

🚨 National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day 🚨

Today, we recognize , a day dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and the urgent need to protect our families, friends, and communities. 🙌

Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid, up to 50 times stronger than he**in and 100 times stronger than morphine. Fentanyl is the leading cause of overdose deaths in the United States, affecting people of all ages, including our youth.

Here’s how we can all make a difference:
🔷 Share prevention resources with your networks
🔷 Educate youth and parents about the dangers of counterfeit pills and illicit drugs
🔷 Promote treatment and recovery options for those struggling with addiction
