here’s some holistic nutritionist-approved travel snack ideas from that I’d take with me on a plane, roadtrip, camping trip, or even just to have in the house occasionally 🥒🥨🧀🥜🍎

you’re typically allowed to take any food with you on a domestic flight in the U.S. or even an international flight… most of the time you’re just not allowed to take it into the country you’re flying into. so as long as you eat it before or on the plane, you’ll be fine :) but always check with your airline!! when you do take you’re own food, it saves you TONS of $$ on not having to buy overpriced food at the airport which is always a WIN 🙌🏼
