What an incredible week closing out National Nursing Home Week! ❤️

From costumes and themed fun to nonstop laughs, smiles, and memories made together — this week truly reminded us how special our residents, staff, families, and community partners are.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this week so amazing! Special thanks to The Fun Bus for providing a delicious meal for our staff, to our wonderful staff and facility vendors who brought in so many special treats throughout the week. We also loved having Kona Ice stop by for a sweet treat and Tom’s Coffee keep everyone fueled and smiling! ☕🍧

It takes a special kind of people to make healthcare feel like family, and this week was the perfect example of that. Thank you to everyone who helped make National Nursing Home Week such a success! 💙

Kicking off National Nursing Home Week with our superhero crew! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

This week is all about fun themes, laughter, celebration, and recognizing the incredible people who make our community feel like home every single day. From caregiving and therapy to dietary, housekeeping, activities, maintenance, nursing, and beyond — it truly takes superheroes to work in healthcare.

Thank you to our amazing team for the compassion, patience, strength, and heart you bring each day. We can’t wait to celebrate all week long! ❤️✨

What a beautiful day for an Easter egg hunt! 🐰🌷 The Easter Bunny made a special visit, bringing smiles and excitement to all. With the sun shining and laughter filling the air, our residents enjoyed watching so many kids join in the fun—just like they hoped! 💛

From colorful eggs to joyful moments, it was a day full of happiness, connection, and springtime cheer. Thank you to everyone who helped make today so special! 🐣✨

Who says therapy can’t be fun? 😊

Our residents had an egg-cellent time coloring Easter eggs during therapy today! 🥚🎨 From bright colors to big smiles, this activity kept everyone engaged while working on important skills.

Huge thanks to Lori for the creative idea—she definitely made therapy a little more festive! 🐰💛

The Valentine’s Day party at Buckeye Care and Rehab was filled with so much love, laughter, and sweet treats today! ❤️ Residents enjoyed music, festive decorations, delicious food, and the best company as we celebrated together.

A very special thank you to Family Dollar for generously donating beautiful balloons for all of our residents!🎈

We’d also like to thank Nick’s Pizza for providing discounted pizza so everyone could enjoy a tasty Valentine’s snack. 🍕

We are so grateful for the support from our community that helps make days like this extra special for our residents. Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Buckeye Care and Rehab! 💕

Yesterday we had the sweetest special visitor — Tiny the lamb 🐑💕

Tiny stopped by to visit our rehab patients, and she fit right in… especially since she’s on her own therapy journey! With casts on both of her front legs, Tiny is working hard in rehab just like many of our patients, proving that healing looks a little different for everyone.

Thank you, Tiny, for bringing joy, comfort, and inspiration to our day — we’re all cheering you on in your recovery! 💪🐑

🎉💙 It’s a BOY! 💙🎉

We had such a fun and heartwarming time celebrating Carrie’s gender reveal! The residents were thrilled to be part of the big surprise and share in this special moment with her.

To make it even sweeter, everyone joined in the celebration with blue bubble gum ci**rs! 🍬💙

We’re all so excited for Carrie and her growing family — wishing her nothing but joy, love, and plenty of baby snuggles! 💙 We’ll miss her dearly while she’s away on maternity leave, but can’t wait to meet her little bundle of joy soon! 👶✨
