Massage -> compression on to the body
Cupping -> decompression, lifts up off the body

Cupping creates a suction to draw any old and stagnant blood and creates space for new blood flow. It helps break up any restricted fascia and adhesions in the muscle to reduce inflammation and increase range of motion.

The marks you see arent bruises, but just blood being brought to the surface of the skin. Depending on the location and how inflamed the area is, the marks can last anywhere from 5 minutes to a week or so and they dont hurt.

Great for arthritis, tendinitis, muscular pain, fibromyalgia, RA, scar tissue, migraines, neuropathy, etc
