Love looks different in recovery — and this Valentine’s Day, it looked like encouragement, appreciation, and community.
Our team created a Compliment Wall where staff shared shoutouts and kind words for one another. The positivity was overflowing!
Even more special, our amazing clients made handmade Valentine’s cards for the Rise Up Recovery staff. The thoughtfulness behind each one reminds us why we do this work every day.
Recovery is built on connection, support, and lifting each other up. We are so grateful for this community. 💕 Happy Valentines Day from our team!

✨ Meet the Team | Kaitlyn Inboden ✨
We’re excited to spotlight Kaitlyn Inboden, our Case Manager at our Lancaster location — and today, we’re also celebrating a huge personal milestone: Kaitlyn marks 6 years of sobriety today!! 💙🎉
🧠 What does recovery mean to Kaitlyn?
Recovery means everything to Kaitlyn. It’s the most important part of her life because it allows her to be present, stable, and healthy. Recovery means having her kids and family back in her life and rebuilding trust that was once lost. It’s showing up consistently, doing the right thing even when it’s hard, and continuing to grow and heal. For Kaitlyn, recovery is the foundation that makes a better future possible—for herself and the people she loves.
🤍 What she loves most about working in recovery:
Kaitlyn’s favorite part of working in recovery is being able to give back in the same way others once helped her. Having walked a similar path, she understands how hard the journey can be. Being able to relate to clients, support them, and encourage them as they work to change their lives is incredibly meaningful to her. Helping others find hope and stability reminds her why recovery matters—and why this work is so important.
🎉 Fun fact:
Today, February 11th, Kaitlyn celebrates 6 years clean—a milestone she’s incredibly proud of and deeply grateful for.
Kaitlyn’s strength, compassion, and lived experience make her an invaluable part of our Lancaster team. We’re so proud of her journey and grateful for the heart she brings to recovery every day. 💙✨

🌟 Meet the Team Spotlight🌟
Say hello to Josephine Street, our Operations Supervisor in Marion 💙
If you’ve ever met Josephine, you know her vibrant smile and the positive energy she brings into every room are impossible to miss. She has a calm, patient presence and leads with kindness, always making clients feel seen, supported, and valued.
✨ What does recovery mean to Josephine?
Recovery is finding your path to happiness, health, and wellbeing. It’s a fresh start, a new perspective, and the process of building a life you love. Healing from trauma, focusing on personal growth, and understanding that recovery is a journey — not a destination — defined by you and no one else.
💜 Her favorite part of working in recovery:
Watching the growth in the women she works with. Josephine finds healing in supporting them as they work through emotions and challenges, holding them accountable, and helping them recognize what they need to continue moving forward.
🎨 Fun facts about Josephine:
She loves painting, rock concerts, and spending time with her family. She played cello in high school (first chair!) — and can still play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Dynamite by Taio Cruz 🎶
We’re so grateful for Josephine’s heart, leadership, and the light she brings to our recovery community ✨

✨ Meet the Team | Kristin Noneman ✨
We’re excited to spotlight Kristin Noneman, our Clinical Lead at our Lancaster location — and the 2025 RISE Award recipient! 🏆💙
🧠 What does recovery mean to Kristin?
Recovery, to Kristin, is about rebuilding trust with yourself and the world around you. It’s more than just stopping substance use — it’s showing up differently. Recovery is holding yourself accountable, becoming more self-aware, and making intentional choices, even when they’re hard. Recovery is changing the way you live in a way that’s honest, stable, and sustainable.
🤍 What she loves most about working in recovery:
Kristin’s favorite part of working in recovery is watching people start to believe in themselves again. Seeing someone get excited about their life, gain confidence, and learn how to be independent after thinking it wasn’t possible is incredibly meaningful to her. She values walking alongside people through hard moments and helping them realize there is a way forward, even when it doesn’t feel like it at first.
🎨 Fun fact:
Kristin loves to draw, color, and be creative in her spare time.
Kristin’s dedication, leadership, and heart for recovery are exactly why she was chosen for our 2025 RISE Award. We’re so grateful to have her as part of our team in Lancaster. 💫
