THIS!!! It is so important! The connection between our thoughts, our words, the words spoken TO us! They can damage or they can heal! I never tell a client they are a mess, or a wreck, or give them reason to have body issues. So many will use those words on themselves. I hope I can help people feel better especially when they are taking time to care for themselves with massage! Unfortunately the majority can be harsh with their words and it's sad. People can make other people feel helpless to get control over their body/health. Be mindful. Change how you talk to yourself, and your loved ones, especially the ones
struggling with health and healing.
