Specializing in rehabilitation we focus on clients with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. Prices: 1hr -130$ 75 min $165 1.5hrs- 195$ 2 hours- $250

We are growing and we could not be more excited. Meet Alexis Martin, LMT, the newest therapist here at Tranquil Therapy Wellness.

Alexis is not your average massage therapist. She spent 10 years working as a Physical Therapist Assistant before transitioning into massage, and that background shows up in every session. She specializes in neck and shoulder tension, low back and hip pain, and headaches, and uses techniques like myofascial release, cupping, and trigger point therapy to address what is actually going on in your body. If you have been dealing with pain that just will not quit, she is someone you want to get on the table with. Alexis is now accepting new clients at $105 per hour. Link in bio!

Ashley is teaching her Empowered Self-Massage class with our friends at October 11th! Come learn and empower yourself to take on pesky aches and pains as they arise. In this class we go over myofascial ball rolling with lacrosse and bouncy balls.

Each class is tailored to those who are in attendance. This is a great opportunity to learn from an orthopedic therapist and get suggestions tailored to your needs!
