🧠💚 What does our Care Cabinet have to do with mental health? 💚🧠
More than you might think.
At MOPS, we know that mental health isn’t just about therapy sessions, it’s also about meeting basic needs. When people are struggling to afford food, hygiene items, or essentials, it creates stress, anxiety, and a sense of isolation.
That’s where the Care Cabinet comes in.
By offering free, no-questions-asked access to essential items, the Care Cabinet helps reduce some of the daily burdens people face and that can make a real difference in mental well-being. It’s a small act of care that says:
“You matter. You’re not alone. Your needs are valid.”
Every donated item is more than a product; it’s a message of support. 💬💙
Every stocked shelf is a reminder that our community cares.
Mental health care starts with compassion and sometimes, it looks like a can of soup, a bar of soap, or a pair of clean socks.
🛍️ Want to be part of it? We're always accepting donations of:
• Non-perishable food
• Travel-size hygiene products
• New socks, gloves, and seasonal essentials
📍 Located at Columbus MOPS (2238 S. Hamilton Rd.)

Together, we’re advancing our mission of community care by building a more compassionate, mentally healthy community one small act at a time.
