Myofascial Release: MFR is a highly effective hands-on form of therapy that provides sustained pressure into myo-fascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascia is a three dimensional web of connective tissue that surrounds every structure of the body. The Fascia spreads throughout the body without interruption from head to toe. Our fascia plays a key role in helping to support and protect our body.

60 minute Session: $85.00
90 minute Session: $120.00


Pilates:

• Improve movement in your joints, back, shoulders,
hips, and knees
• Improve your flexibility
• Improve your posture
• Improve your stability and balance
• Improve your athletic performance
– golf, soccer, running, cycling, equestrian sports, skiing
• Decrease or eliminate back pain
• Improve your body awareness and the mind-body connection
• Tone your body without creating “bulky muscles”

60 minute Private Session: $45.00
