Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital proudly spotlights Ashley Parker, Business Development Representative.
Ashley successfully manages Rebound’s expansive South Carolina coastal territory, where she focuses on building strong referral relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding access to behavioral health services across the region. She is widely recognized for her ability to connect authentically with providers while maintaining a strategic, results-driven approach.
Ashley’s professional foundation is built on both education and service. She earned her degree in Psychology from Winthrop University, with minors in Business Administration and Human Services, and has continued to invest in her leadership development through project management certification. Her academic background allows her to navigate healthcare systems thoughtfully while remaining grounded in patient-centered care.
Prior to transitioning into business development, Ashley spent more than a decade on the front lines of mental health and human services across South Carolina. She served as a Shift Lead with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health’s Mobile Crisis Call Center, where she led teams, managed high-acuity situations, and supported individuals during critical moments of need. Her experience also includes roles with the Medical University of South Carolina’s Center for Telehealth and the South Carolina Department of Social Services, working closely with vulnerable populations and multidisciplinary teams.
Ashley is relationship-driven and community-focused, bringing a calm presence, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both clinical and operational needs. Through her work, she remains committed to strengthening partnerships, expanding access to care, and ensuring individuals and families are met with dignity and compassion.
