How to promote heart health:

1. Eat a healthy diet: Focus on fruits, vegetables, and high-fiber foods, while limiting saturated fats and salt.

2. Be physically active: Aim for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.

3. Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight increases your risk of high blood pressure.

4. Quit smoking: Smoking significantly raises blood pressure and heart attack risk.
