Top tips to keep cool in hot weather

1. Be Sun Smart - It's best to avoid going out during the hottest hours of the day, but sometimes that can't be avoided. Wear sunscreen, wear a hat, take breaks indoors, and wear loose fitted lightweight clothing.

2. Stay Hydrated - Drink plenty of water throughout the day!

3. Eat light meals to feel cooler - Food with a high water content like strawberries, cucumber, celery, and lettuce, will also help to keep you hydrated and cool in summer weather.

A patient organized a mug painting party during her infusion today. Believe Big is cancer nonprofit that has a mug outreach where mugs are painted and then sent out to new cancer patients they begin their journey to being hope and encouragement. What a great morning!
