We get asked a lot what are some good neck stretches to do, so here is Dr. Cordovano to show you some. 👩🏼‍⚕️Remember to sit up tall with shoulders rolled back. You can see some options that allow for deeper levels of stretching - gently pulling the neck, sitting on the opposite hand, etc. 👩🏼‍⚕️ Remember, this should feel nice, especially after a long day. Enjoy!
