This is your self care reminder to start the year right! As the therapist we are often moving quickly from one client to the next. Do yourself a favor and implement these habits to encourage ease through your day. Read your client notes the evening before so you have mental preparation for the next day; hydrate and snack before each client; stretch before and after each client; check oil/gel bottles at the end of each day, refill if necessary; do sheets early in the week or make sure your room is stocked; schedule your OWN massages for the month.
