Why do I do this? For you..

Teaching people how to think... teaching people how to love... teaching people how to care for one another... teaching people how to have faith... teaching people how to create peace... teaching people how to overcome disease... teaching people to be connected to nature... teaching people that the essence of despair is connection... teaching people that they can be with one another in harmony ... teaching people that war is something that could end a life

I am often told I sound like a pompous ass. As I am able and willing to speak on a number of topics, that I have had the privilege of being a part of. Why? because I love to figure things out. I love to not be good at something, or not understand why it works, get a position that makes you learn it, and get a real understanding of how it is important.

Life is kind of cool when you do it this way. I have been forced into things, I have found ways to thrive in most places, or come to understand that I am too physically limited to do that thing, but I leave with a good understanding of what that thing looks like when done properly, so I can know if the person I hire is doing it right, if you get what I mean. Or I can observe a situation, and then take that to an expert, and explain it with some vocab words, so they can help me trouble shoot it, etc.

This is how I learned cooking (from a la carte, to catering, to volume cooking for a jail, to spot/volume cooking for a University, to building menus, and cost controls, and the importance of systems and efficiency), business management, advertising for small businesses, as well as teaching Direct sellers how to get the retail side of their business growing, so they can recruit a team, that would be able to follow their success thru duplication.

Is any of this pretty? not even a small amount. Is all of this the difference in being a go along, and a doer? absolutely. You have to have a goal, and a plan, and then take action on that plan, then review the plan, and the try some more, fixing or at very least trying new ways for what didn’t go to plan. There is no short cut, except if you lean faster than others, by being smart, and asking the people who have done it before you.

However, most people are afraid of being seen as less, because they do not know how to. This is stupid, because in order for the person you are asking to have known, they too had to learn, and one of the best aspects of humanity is the warm feeling you get from making others greater. Let others fill you, and help them in their own calling, by being the smart one who asks the questions that the whole room has, but no one the courage to say it out loud. That is what a leader is.

I teach the basics of taking back your life, your mind, and your relationships to all willing to listen, and even teach duplicatable tools to teach your mates, and children on how to treat themselves and have expectations on how others treat them as well. Be done being the pushed, be done being small, if you take control of how you feel, empower yourself with a new mindset, then your dreams are a reality.
