Pretty much… whatever comes up! 😄

The ups and downs of parenting, work adventures, dream travel and bucket list trips. Gardening wins (and fails 🌱), deep thoughts about life, or even the adventures of Dungeons & Dragons, plot lines and quests! 🎲

Or sometimes… nothing at all. It's perfectly okay to not talk at all, and take the time to really sink in to the quiet time and space you've given yourself. Even if we usually talk, I am always open if a client needs a quiet session.

From our very first day to today, The Bodhi Tree Spa has been a journey of learning, healing, and connection. Year 1 was full of dreams, faith, and support, and year 2 has proven to become more than I ever could have imagined! From the love and blooming support of an incredible community, to cultivating an amazing team by my side, The Bodhi Tree is proving to be the space I envisioned and MORE.
