White Oak of Lancaster is a 132 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Springs Memorial Hospital. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for eac

h individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Lancaster is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Today we played a new game called Hungry Hungry Hippos with a twist! The residents really enjoyed this and spent the whole time laughing and having fun!

Proper hydration is one of the most essential components of wellness, especially in a long-term care setting. As we age, our body’s natural ability to sense thirst can decrease, making it more important than ever to be proactive about fluid intake.
Life Enrichment teamed up with Dietary and offered fruit infused water to residents and they really enjoyed it. This is perfect for the upcoming hot summer months as well!

We had a lot of fun for New Year's Eve! We hope you all are doing the same! 2025 was a great year of love and laughter here at the facility and we look forward to seeing what 2026 has in store for us!

Before Christmas we were able to celebrate with our wonderful staff and had lots of fun giving out prizes and badges for years of service.

Today we celebrate our Veterans🇺🇸
Thank you for your service and sacrifice
We are forever grateful!
We lit a candle for each veteran in the facility and had refreshments to enjoy while giving gifts and singing the national anthem.
Hospice of Lancaster helped us provide a beautiful blanket for each of our Veterans and assisted in our ceremony. Thank you to everyone who helped honor our special veterans today!🩷🇺🇸
