White Oak of Lancaster is a 132 bed skilled nursing center. We provide long term nursing care, as we

White Oak of Lancaster is a 132 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Springs Memorial Hospital. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Lancaster is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

We had a lot of fun for New Year's Eve! We hope you all are doing the same! 2025 was a great year of love and laughter here at the facility and we look forward to seeing what 2026 has in store for us!

Before Christmas we were able to celebrate with our wonderful staff and had lots of fun giving out prizes and badges for years of service.

Today we celebrate our Veterans🇺🇸
Thank you for your service and sacrifice
We are forever grateful!
We lit a candle for each veteran in the facility and had refreshments to enjoy while giving gifts and singing the national anthem.
Hospice of Lancaster helped us provide a beautiful blanket for each of our Veterans and assisted in our ceremony. Thank you to everyone who helped honor our special veterans today!🩷🇺🇸
