2️⃣ Slow and steady wins. Moving at a sustainable pace helps your body work with you, not against you, and keeps you moving toward long-term success.

3️⃣ Every win counts — big or small. Celebrate each victory and recognize the progress you’re making along the way.

4️⃣ Track your progress. On tough days, looking back can remind you just how far you’ve come.

5️⃣ Progress isn’t perfect — and that’s okay. Some days will be harder than others. Everyone’s journey is different, so skip the comparisons and focus on enjoying where you are right now. 💛
