This is amazing and a wonderful Idea!!!!

What's Up Wednesday! The Fairfield County ADAMH Board along with the Fairfield County Health Department, Project F.O.R.T. and Fairfield County 2-1-1 assembled "Back on Track Packs" to distribute to individuals released from jail. Resources on where to receive mental health and substance use services, fentanyl test strips and Narcan kits as well as hygiene kits were collected in a convenient back pack. The agencies represented here meet monthly to provided prevention, advocacy, recovery and treatment (PART) services in Fairfield County. The next meeting is July 8th, 10 AM at 111 S Broad Street in Lancaster and anyone is welcome to attend.
