Comfort food is always a win, especially when youāre craving something warm and simpleālike this easy Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Yams recipe šš
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
3 medium yams, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 medium shallots, quartered lengthwise
5 whole garlic cloves, smashed
1 Tbsp of chopped rosemary
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
*preheat oven to 400 degrees*
ā¢ Place everything in a large metal or glass bowl and mix until thoroughly combined
ā¢ Place all on a sheet pan and cook in a preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until desired doneness
ā¢ Roast until caramelized, roasted and cooked through

Itās Apple Cider Day! šWhat better way to celebrate this cozy holiday than with a cup of mulled cider, which is also packed with antioxidant-benefits.
Enjoy this perfect drink for the colder fall and winter months. š
Ingredients:
Ā½ Gallon of Apple Cider
4-5 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Star Anise
10-15 Whole Cloves
4-6 Cardamom Pods
1 Whole Nutmeg
1 Orange, sliced into half moons
For Garnish:
Dehydrated Oranges
Fresh Cranberries
Directions:
In a 6 quart pan, toast all spices until fragrantāa couple minutes (careful not to burn).
Add apple cider and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and let steep with the spices for 20-30 minutes.
Ladle into a cup and garnish with orange slices and some fresh cranberries ā¤ļø
