I wanted to take a moment to thank you for continuing to include massage therapy in your budget. I truly appreciate your business, your loyalty, and your friendship. Late Cancellation/No Show Policy reminder:
A late cancellation is considered cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, this results in a late cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment cost. A no show is when you fail to give any advance notice to cancelling your appointment and not showing up for your appointment, this results in a no show fee of 100% of your total appointment cost.
