RASE Project of PA RASE, stands for Recovery, Advocacy, Service, and Empowerment. RASE has offices in Carlisle, Harrisburg, Lebanon, and Lancaster

The RASE Project (RASE) is a Recovery Community Organization (meaning that it is made up entirely of individuals from the recovery community) and was created to provide support and services to individuals and families seeking or already in recovery. We operate primarily out of the six county region of Adams, Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin, Lancaster and Lebanon, but can serve those from surrounding counties in certain situations.
