6.23. at 6pm, Join us for 45 minutes of yoga, instructed by Roxanne Foura and 45 minutes of healing sound vibration and frequency by Jill O'Leary. Yoga mats provided, but bring your own if you prefer. Do bring pillows and blankets to make yourself supported and cozy during the sound session. This is an outdoor event under the canopy of massive trees, forest bathing is a by-product of the location. The exchange is $50, with a $25 non-refundable Venmo deposit. -You WILL hear outdoor sounds (birdies, animals, possibly children, vehicals)
-You WILL be deeply oxygenated and photon bathed in the forest.
-You WILL be shaded.
