My journey back to health. I've started the process and am down a few pounds but the real change is in mindset. I've started eliminating as much stress as possible. Learning how to better handle the stress I can't eliminate. Looking for the positives in each moment in life. Realizing that making me a priority isn't selfish, it's necessary if I'm going to be able to care for those I love. Stay tuned for more as I continue to grow healthier and happier.

9am-11am on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Bring a $5 gift card to a store or restaurant to join in the Elves Fitness Party or put your swimsuit on for the reindeer games in the pool. 🤗

The elves have been hard at work corraling the reindeer for the the Cards for Cardio event tomorrow.

It's been a struggle lately. Classes are starting to come back and I am so ready to sweat away the covid pounds and dance my heart into happiness!

***SIGN-UP HAS STARTED! SPACE IS LIMITED***
We will be offering water aerobics classes starting Dec 7.

We will have 9:00am Arthritis Class - Tuesday and Thursday with April,

3:00pm Water Aerobics - Monday Wednesday and Friday with Pam,

and 3:00p Water Aerobics - Tuesday and Thursday with Maria.

Class sizes will be limited to 6 and we will require a minimum of 5 to keep the class on the schedule.

To sign-up please call 740-687-6655 ext1603 to reserve your spot. Please be sure to speak to a representative. Calls will be taken as they come in and voicemails will not be heard until a later time, if you don't speak to a person please call back to make sure you get a spot reserved. We are looking forward to seeing classes back in the water!!
