Reiki can be taught in many beautiful ways. In my classes, Reiki I & II each unfold over six weeks, allowing time for practice, reflection, and the gentle nurturing of each student’s personal Reiki journey, while building confidence within a supportive community.

If you’re curious what a six-week Reiki journey can feel like, I wanted to share this reflection from a recent student (with her permission): "This class was so wonderful for me! Helene was so organized and well prepared, she really put her heart and soul into it. I learned how to meditate well and mindfully. That alone was priceless. The atmosphere of the class was peaceful, delightful, thoughtful, and so informative. At the end, no one wanted it to be over! So much more to learn and practice.
