29 Days Out…

What would you do if the lights went out tonight… and didn’t come back on?

No warning. No signal. No help on the way.

That’s the question I’ve been sitting with as I get closer to tactical camp in New Mexico.

One of the books I’m locked in on right now is a Navy SEALs bug-in guide—and it’s not just about extreme scenarios. It’s about real-world preparedness for everyday people. People with families. Responsibilities. People who can’t afford to be caught off guard.

This isn’t fear talk—it’s awareness.

I’ve been diving into:
• What to actually stockpile (not what social media tells you)
• How to secure your home during a blackout
• The mindset shift from reactive → prepared
• Simple systems that give you control when everything else is chaos

Most people wait until something happens.

I’m making sure I’m ready before it does.

Over the next 29 days, I’ll be sharing what I’m learning—not as an expert, but as someone putting in the work to protect what matters most.

MONDAY — TACTICAL STRENGTH + RUN

AM RUN:

* 2-Mile Steady Run
* Every 0.5 Mile:
* 20 Push-Ups
* 20 Air Squats

PM CIRCUIT (4 Rounds):

* Pull-Ups x Max
* Push-Ups x 25
* Walking Lunges x 20 each leg
* Plank x 60 sec
* Farmer Carry x 50 yards



TUESDAY — SPEED + COMBAT CONDITIONING

SPRINT WORK:

* 10 x 100m Sprints
* 5 Hill Sprints

COMBAT CIRCUIT (5 Rounds):

* Burpees x 15
* Bear Crawl x 25 yards
* Shadow Boxing / Heavy Bag x 3 min
* Sprawls x 15



WEDNESDAY — CLIMB + GRIP + CROSS TRAINING

* Rope Climbs or Towel Pull-Ups x 5 Rounds
* Dead Hangs x 4 Max Time
* Sandbag Carry x 100 yards x 4
* Box Jumps x 20
* Stair Climbs / Stadiums x 20 min



THURSDAY — DISTANCE ENDURANCE

RUN:

* 4-Mile Run
* Every Mile:
* 25 Sit-Ups
* 15 Push-Ups

POST:

* Mobility + Stretching



FRIDAY — FULL TACTICAL CIRCUIT

5 ROUNDS:

* 400m Run
* 20 Kettlebell Swings
* 15 Pull-Ups
* 20 Push-Ups
* 20 Walking Lunges
* 1 Min Striking



SATURDAY — RUCK + ACTIVE RECOVERY

* 3–4 Mile Ruck
* 25–35 lb Pack
* Stretching
* Mobility Work



SUNDAY — FULL RECOVERY

* Stretching
* Hydration
* Mobility
* Meal Prep
