Congress is proposing to eliminate funding for crucial Ohio programs that serve people with disabilities. These cuts would affect:

πŸ”Ή Disability Rights Ohio – Investigates abuse and neglect, advocates for independent living, student success, and access to critical services.

πŸ”Ή The Ohio State University Nisonger Center – Offers early intervention, dental clinics, post-secondary education, dual diagnosis services, and social supports like Aspirations.

πŸ”Ή UC Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UC UCEDD)– Trains professionals through the LEND program, supports families, and improves health and quality of life.

These programs empower people with disabilities to live fully and safely in their communities. Tell your representatives: Protect disability services. Fully fund these programs. Learn more and take action here: https://secure.everyaction.com/3m4Mh5xAbkWFUlgvKoQK_A2
