We are so happy to be working with the DD Council to form advocacy groups and change Southeastern Ohio for the better!

Finding services in rural Ohio can be hard. The Southeastern Ohio Center for Independent Living (SOCIL-Ohio), with support from ODDC, is helping to change that. Through its Pathways to Progress project, SOCIL helps people with developmental disabilities (DD) and their families find information, services, and support.

“This work is about building a powerful group of people with disabilities and allies in the region that can change and affect policy,” said SOCIL Executive Director Davey McNelly.
