Empowered by Birth Doula, postpartum and breastfeeding support for mothers-to-be and their families throughout the incredible journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Studies support the importance of the loving, physical, and emotional support of a doula through the journey of childbirth. I offer doula support to expectant mothers and their families throughout this incredible journey. My services include: assistance in putting together your personal birth plan; physical and emotional support throughout the birthing process; advice on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, massage and positioning; assistance in gathering information about the course and options during labor; and post-partum and breastfeeding support. I feel that every woman deserves to give birth the way they choose. Birth should happen in an environment where you feel safe and comfortable. My doula services are not limited to home deliveries. My goal is to help women bring their babies into this world in a peaceful and natural way.
