ROOTED IN GRACE Primary Care will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

We hope everyone enjoys a fun, safe, and relaxing holiday weekend with family and friends as we also take time to honor and remember those who bravely served our country. 🇺🇸

We are honored to support the upcoming Marching Through Recovery event hosted by Corey’s Love at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Family Life Center in Lancaster, SC.

This faith-based gathering brings together inspiring speakers, local resources, and a caring community to remind every person and family affected by addiction that healing, restoration, and freedom are possible through faith, support, and perseverance.

Addiction does not define a person. Recovery tells a new story—one of strength, grace, and redemption.
