Please be patient with us as we work on ways to better manage our phone system and Maegan’s very busy schedule.

Here’s how you can help us serve you best:
• Make sure your voicemail is set up and able to receive messages
• Allow 24 to 48 hours for a return call or message
• Avoid leaving a voicemail and sending a portal message about the same concern as this slows things down
• Let our receptionist know what your appointment is for which helps us prioritize urgent needs
• Please do not use social media or staff’s personal phones for communication

We know it is harder to get in with Maegan as quickly as before but please know we are working extremely hard to put new systems in place to meet this blessing with excellence 💚
