Function 1st Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Dr. Shaun M. Jay, D.C., M.S. Walk-in hours are not offered due to Dr. Jay frequently being in and out of the office. Welcome to Function 1st!

However, patients can almost always be seen within the same day and usually within several hours of calling. My goal is to see people getting back to the life that they want. Whether it's improving in sports performance, increasing flexibility, TMJ issues, headaches, or simply getting out of musculoskeletal pain... I'll do my best to see you achieve optimal health and perform at your full potential! I utilize manual adjustments, Activator Methods, myofascial release (completed Active Release Technique Certification in 2008), Flexion/Distraction, electric stim, and a great number of rehab procedures here in the office to meet all diverse patient needs.
