Our team members participated in a pumpkin decorating contest this afternoon! 🎃 These pumpkins will be entered in LHC’s Pumpkin contest to compete against other hospice agencies within LHC. It was nice to spend the afternoon togther with a little friendly competition.😉💙💚

If these 4 can’t make it happen, no one can! With years of hospice experience, these 4 work together to support, push, and lead our wonderful team to succeed in providing quality care to our patients and impacting our community!

Meet Kelly Marshall, our fearless Executive Director, the back bone of this team. She leads this team with all her might. Kelly’s strengths are finding order in chaos and being a good listener. Kelly is eager to jump in and help her staff at any time. She advocates for the patients at this agency while supporting her team. She is a wonderful nurse, who truly cares about people!

Meet Kisha Clark, our fearless Volunteer Manager and PRN CNA. Kisha wears many hats at this agency and is the definition of a team player! She has a heart of gold, but pushes our staff to do their best and be better each day. Kisha brings true joy and laughter to the workplace. Her volunteers thrive under her leadership and provide an extra dose of love and care to our patients and their families.

Meet Laura Jordan, our fearless Business Office Manager. Laura knows this office from A to Z. Our patients may never meet Laura in person but if you have ever called our office, you have been blessed to be assisted by her. Laura works very hard keeping things organized, the office running smoothly, and handling all the things behind the scenes. Laura can do it all and she strives for excellence!

Meet Akiya Cauthen, one of our fearless Account Executives. Akiya is the face of hospice! When families reach out and need hospice services, Akiya helps to get their journey started. Akiya is a vibrant spirit that impacts each individual she meets. Her heart strings are strong and she loves BIG. Akiya strives each day to help more people in our community. She is a compassionate nurse, using her talents!

These 4 individuals are passionate about Hospice and dedicate their life to such an important career. Their mission is to beat the myths of hospice and bring comfort, support, and care to those battling hard times. 💚
