We’ve been so busy taking care of our community that we haven’t gotten around to saying THANK YOU to our 17 sponsors that made our Hospice Remembrance Walk possible!! 💚💙

These 17 sponsors played a HUGE part in helping us raise over $3,000 for the Hospice Promise Foundation! Just this week, the money in this foundation allowed us to pay for a funeral service and burial for a patient that left behind a family in a tough spot, and we were able to provide full extermination services for a patient’s home in need of this assistance. The Hospice Promise Foundation allows us to provide additional resources and financial assistance for things not covered by Medicare (or other insurance providers). Our families already have enough on their plates so when we can make the journey a little bit easier, we strive to do so!💙💚

This is just a small part of the support hospice is able to provide our patients and their families.
