Pain is often misunderstood, and MANY times does not have a physical root cause…it’s deeper.

Think of pain as a messenger, helping us navigate where we are on our healing journey. Here are four types of pain:

1. Suffering
This pain arises when we feel powerless or disconnected from our body and life’s natural flow. It invites us to recognize that something needs our attention and leads us toward greater awareness and change.

2. Stuckness
This pain comes from feeling blocked—whether physically, emotionally, or energetically. It signals that our usual way of navigating life is no longer working and that we need to break free from old patterns to move forward.

3. Awareness of Dissociation
This type of pain reveals when we have become disconnected from our authentic self, our truth, and our purpose. It calls us to acknowledge this gap and begin the journey back to wholeness.

4. Reorganization
This pain surfaces during the process of transformation. As we let go of old structures that no longer serve us, we create space for growth and realignment in our body, mind, and spirit.
