Continuing our popular procedures across generations, we have the Core Millennials (Ages 30-39).

In 2024, the 30-39 age group made up 37 percent of ALL breast augmentation patients.

Just like Gen Z, this Core Millennial group also placed a strong emphasis on minimally invasive skin treatments, like lasers, skin resurfacing and the treatment of varicose and spider veins.

Confidence gained from Plastic Surgery is universal, but what are the popular procedures across the generations?

For our Gen Z patients (ages 20-29) we see a focus on the Breasts and Face.

Breast augmentation was the most popular surgical procedure for patients in this age group in 2024.

Gen Z is also leaning into minimally invasive procedures, with skin treatments at the top of the list.

While wrinkles may not yet be a concern, this generation is focused on treating minor skin issues early to help prevent the need for more invasive treatments down the line.

There are many benefits to a breast reduction and breast lift for patients aside from decreasing the size of their breasts.

For this 5’5”, 164 pound, 38 year old mother of two, she was hoping her breast reduction would result in “decreased health issues of pain, breathing and migraines.”

She achieved ALL of those goals and more including an improvement in her posture.

She said Dr. Lichten and his staff were “all very nice, professional and made me very comfortable.”
