When I first opened, I had wide open hours — 10–5 — and plenty of gaps in between.

Over time, as my schedule filled and my client base grew, I tightened that window to 10–3 to create more consistency in my days.

And now… we’re adjusting again.

As most of you know, I also work a full-time 24 on / 48 off schedule — so everything here has to be built intentionally around that.

Starting now, my regular hours will be 10–4, with occasional evening availability when I open specific blocks.

This gives me a little more flexibility to fit people in where they need it — while still keeping my schedule sustainable and focused.

I’m committed to showing up fully for every session — and this structure allows me to do exactly that.

Not a Monday motivation post.
Not a “new week, new goals” speech.

Just a real-life conversation I had recently…

“If you need help, you have to schedule with me.”

Even in my own house.

Because this isn’t something that happens on the fly, in passing, or squeezed in between everything else.

Your body keeps track of everything you push through, ignore, and “deal with later.”

And eventually… it collects.

Tight shoulders.
Low back that won’t let you forget.
That one spot that’s been whispering for weeks and is about to start yelling.

This work deserves time. Focus. Intention.

Not rushed. Not half-done.
