Did you know: a large pumpkin spice latte can pack ~300+ calories and 50+ grams of sugar — that’s more than double the daily sugar limit the American Heart Association recommends for most women. 😳

Over time this can stress your blood sugar regulation, contribute to inflammation, and put extra load on your nervous system—things we do not want when we’re aiming for ease & balance.

Want some cozy swaps that won’t wreck your wellness vibe?

🍂 Owl-Approved Pumpkin Spice Latte
(Serves 1 – dairy-free option, low sugar, high vibe)

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened full fat milk or oat milk (or almond/coconut milk)
2–3 tbsp pumpkin purée (organic, no added sugar)
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or blend: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (or raw honey, monk fruit if sugar-sensitive)
1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
Optional: collagen powder or a dash of MCT oil for extra brain love

Instructions:
Warm the milk and pumpkin purée in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the spices, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and steamy.
Blend (optional) using a frother or blender for that café-style foam.
Pour into your mug over espresso or coffee.
Sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top—because you’re fancy.
