Storytime: A few weeks ago a new client walked in, exhausted, snappy with her partner, and complaining about back‑pain and brain‑fog. We traced the culprit to a persistent “gas‑pedal” nervous system (thanks to constant stress + low sleep).

After a few targeted adjustments and a chat about how cortisol works (yes, we got into nerd territory), she reported better sleep, fewer headaches—and even laughed more (which we consider a win).
