Happy Planksgiving! It’s the time of year we all train for, and this year didn’t disappoint! Congratulations to our winners and everyone who competed! Our winners are: Jeff K. From our 9:00am class with a plank time of 11:30 (not a typo folks, he held a plank for eleven minutes and thirty seconds) and John D. From our 11:30am class with a plank time of 1:30. Congratulations again to our winners, we are so proud of you both! Enjoy your $25 gift cards to Giant!!!
