The seasonal change is upon us! Darker nights, colder days, busy holidays, sugary treats...remember to take care of YOU!
Some easy, but beneficial tips:
Increase your Vitamin D supplements (at least 5,000 IU daily)
Movement! Bundle up and enjoy the beauty of the season with a simple 20 minute walk.
Get restful sleep. Turn off social media before bedtime, open a book instead. Create a cozy sleeping environment. Enjoy an Epsom salt bath before bed.
Enjoy the sweet treats, but keep it at a minimum. Find healthier alternatives!
Remember it's okay to say NO if your schedule is too busy. Time with family and friends should fill your cup, not drain it.
