Our benefits have gotten significantly better over the last five years, and here's why: we're part of a corporation with over 4,000 employees.

"Selling gym memberships was by far the hardest sales job I've ever had." That's Matt, one of our top agents, talking about his previous career.

Think about it: you're cold calling people, trying to convince someone who's deconditioned and demotivated to join a gym and actually stay consistent. It's nearly impossible. You're selling something they don't really want and definitely don't need.

Health insurance? Completely different. When someone calls us, they're already somewhat interested. More importantly, they NEED it. Everyone has to have it. Going without insurance is playing Russian roulette with your health and your finances.

Let's be brutally honest, if you're looking for instant gratification, 1099 commission-only insurance sales isn't it.

Want to make a million dollars? Great goal. Will it happen in your first year? Probably not. Will you get there eventually if you put in the dedication and work? Absolutely. The people who stick with us and put in the effort get rewarded, but it takes time to build.

Here's the thing though: if you need to make money immediately because you have bills to pay and a family to feed, we have other solutions. Start as a W2 salaried agent with benefits and steady income. Work phones in our call center. Get your feet under you financially while you learn the business.

Then when you're ready, transition to 1099 and build your book of business with unlimited earning potential. We've seen agents do it over and over. Start stable, grow into independence.

We change lives, but we're realistic about the path to get there.

Most people know what Aflac is, but they don't realize there are individual ancillary policies that cover very specific conditions and situations. These aren't your traditional health insurance plans.

Condition-specific programs for cancer, critical illness, accidents, hospital stays. They fill the gaps when you have a high-deductible plan or when comprehensive coverage is just too expensive. They pay YOU directly when something happens, not the hospital.

And here's something many people don't know: if you already have a plan but can't afford it anymore, you might qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) to change it. Income changes, moving, new baby, losing other coverage. Lots of qualifying events that open up your options.
