We’re more than halfway through the year—ask yourself, how much time is left for the goals you keep saying you’ll start “tomorrow”? ⏳

Here’s the truth: you don’t need hours. You don’t need a perfect plan. Even 30 minutes a day is enough to build a new habit, strengthen your business, or move toward that dream you keep putting off.

Small steps add up. 🚶‍♀️
Consistency compounds. 📈
And one “today” is worth more than a thousand “tomorrows.” 🌟

Mantras are more than just words, they’re sound vibrations that can shift your mood, focus your mind, and connect you to a deeper sense of peace. 🪷✨

Repeating a mantra during your yoga or meditation practice works like mental “tuning”, it helps you block out distractions and anchor yourself in the present moment.

How to practice:

Choose a mantra that resonates with you (e.g., *So Hum* = “I am that”)

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and repeat the mantra out loud or silently

Match the rhythm of your breath to the flow of the words

Best times:
🕊 Early morning (quiet mind, fresh energy)
🌙 Before bed (to release stress)
🧘‍♀️ During challenging poses or meditation (to stay centered)

Your voice, your breath, your focus, it’s all you. Mantras are simply a way to remind yourself that everything you need is already within.

Lately, I’ve been feeling discouraged. I've poured my heart into this platform, creating, sharing, showing up, but the engagement just isn't what I hoped for. It’s easy to feel invisible when you’re putting in the work and not seeing the results.

But I keep going. I remind myself that growth isn’t always visible, and building something meaningful takes time. I adjust, I reflect, I pivot and most importantly, I do what brings me joy.

So today, I’m sharing a few positive affirmations that I’m leaning on right now. Swipe through and save the ones you need too. Let’s keep lifting each other up 💛

Your yoga practice is yours — find your flow in the rhythm of your life. Maybe it’s a sunrise stretch, a midday breather, or a calming evening flow. It doesn’t matter when you do it, what matters is that you show up for yourself.
Commit to creating that pocket of peace. Start small. Start simple. Start a new atomic habit — those tiny consistent actions that turn into powerful transformations.

Its great weather here in Tampa Bay. Usually but it hasnt rained much. Our rainy season is in July. I took this opportunity to go on a and photograph images that resonated with me.

Never underestimate the power of a walk among the trees. Nature walks aren’t just good for your body — they’re incredible for your mind too.

Research published in Frontiers in Psychology (2019) found that spending just 20 minutes in nature can significantly lower stress hormone levels. Another study in Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine (2017) confirmed that forest bathing (aka a mindful walk in nature) reduces anxiety, improves mood, and enhances cognitive function.

Trees release natural compounds called phytoncides which, when inhaled, boost your immune system and reduce inflammation. Plus, regular nature walks are linked to lower risks of depression and anxiety.

So today — step outside, breathe deeply, and let the earth recharge you. Your mind and body will thank you.

Taking a moment to be a little vulnerable today…

Lately, I’ve received some unkind messages about my body—comments targeting my looks and weight. And while I usually try to rise above, I want to share something personal: I have struggled with my weight. This year, I committed to healthy habits, nourishing my body, and deepening my yoga practice. I feel better. I am better.

But the internet… it can be cruel. That’s why I’ve been listening to an incredible audiobook by called "Let Them.”It’s been a game-changer for my body positivity and mental health.

Let them think what they want.
Let me focus on healing, strength, and joy.
Let me continue my journey, because I know I’m showing up for myself in all the right ways.

If you’ve ever felt judged or misunderstood—this one’s for you. I see you. And I Highly recommend this book.
