Biz Fit is a non-profit organization that provides customizable wellness services to small businesses in the Tampa Bay area. BizFit is operated under the directions of Florida Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Network, which is a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization who represent the interest of the communities they serve. Services We Provide:
Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
One of
the first things BizFit will do is offer your employees a Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Each employee will use a secure portal to answer health-related questions. Upon completion, BizFit provides the employee a report describing personal health risk based on a unique health-algorithm. The HRA highlights health risks and assists in planning health promotion activities. The employer receives HRA aggregate data for monitoring and evaluation. Biometric Screenings
BizFit also provides biometric screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and BMI) for evaluation. Wellness Coaching
Your employees will receive one-on-one personalized wellness coaching based upon the results of their Health Risk Assessment. BizFit Wellness Coaches will then guide employees in creating a customized wellness vision for their lives, identifying key health issues to address, selecting BizFit Wellness Classes, and setting specific wellness goals. Free Tobacco Cessation Classes from AHEC! Evaluation
Progress reports will be provided quarterly and a final report at year’s end. Program activities will be evaluated for:

-Health risk
