December News from Simon...

Wow, what an amazing Fall Season it has been. I have been blessed to witness so many amazing healings during my 2 week residency at Renew Osteopathy in Chadds Ford this November. I was overwhelmed by the continued trust by so many of you, despite me moving to Seattle. Hence I'd like to make this a regular occurrence and will again be in Chester County in February '25 (most likely the last two weeks and exact location TBD). Please text or send me an email if you're interested in scheduling yourself for a session or check-up.

There are of course other ways to stay connected or to get help. Most of my modalities work through time and space and can be done remotely. Please also consider doing a health reset with breath work and cold plunges. More information below. Follow me on Instagram or Facebook for more information.

I was so honored to have been selected as one of 30 authors to talk about resilience and transformation when faced with adversity. We have already made several bestseller lists and have had a blast launching the book on 11/11 in Time Square. A free meditation and a few last minute gift ideas...

Happy Holidays from Simon & Sacred Healing,

As the year is drawing to an end, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your trust working with me throughout the years. I have seen so many miracles and healing break-throughs, and I find myself sometimes still in awe of what is possible when someone is truly ready to heal from core wounds and ancestral trauma.

I've been encouraged by so many of you to do something more with my voice. After a little resistance, I felt inspired to write a series of meditations to LEARN, LOVE and HEAL. The first one of these meditations called
"New Beginnings" is now live on my website.

I know many of us are making New Years resolutions, and I thought, what better way than to gift you this first meditation, as an encouragement to see each new day as a new beginning.
