✨ Team Member Spotlight ✨

Today we are celebrating Jordan Johnson, RN, who has officially been with Westward Heights Care Center for 4 months! We are so grateful she chose to bring her talents to our team. 😊

Jordan has been living in Lander for the past four years and proudly calls it home, though she is originally from Riverton. During that time, she has built strong roots in our community and continues to invest in both her personal and professional growth.

She holds three associate degrees and a bachelor’s degree — talk about dedication! 📚 She is currently preparing for the MCAT with plans to attend medical school next year. We love seeing team members chase big goals and dream even bigger.

Outside of work and academics, Jordan is committed to high performance and self-improvement. You’ll often find her rock climbing or mountain biking — activities that challenge her both physically and mentally. That drive to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully is something we truly value at Westward Heights.

Jordan, thank you for the knowledge, motivation, and positive energy you bring to our residents and team each day. We are proud to have you as part of the WH family! 👏

✨ Jordan Bonenberger, CNA ✨

We are beyond proud to shine the spotlight on Jordan Bonenberger, one of our incredible CNAs here at Westward Heights Care Center! 💙

Jordan moved to Lander with her family in the fall of 2018 and graduated high school in 2024. In just 6 short months with our Westward Heights family, she has already proven to be a true shining star ⭐ and an invaluable asset to our team.

Jordan consistently goes above and beyond, always willing to lend a helping hand to her coworkers while providing compassionate, loving care to our residents. She truly walks our halls living out our mission, vision, and values every single day—showing integrity, kindness, and heart in all that she does. She is the definition of what a great team member looks like, and her dedication does not go unnoticed.

Outside of work, Jordan embraces the Wyoming lifestyle she loves—spending her time working with her horses 🐎, hiking, downhill skiing, and enjoying the great outdoors 🌲❄️.

On top of all this, Jordan is currently taking classes at CWC and has her sights set on applying to the Nursing Program in the near future. We can’t wait to see where her journey takes her—healthcare is lucky to have her!

🌟 Team Member Spotlight – Madaline (Maddie) Flint, CNA! 🌟

We are thrilled to recognize Madaline “Maddie” Flint, one of our shining CNA superstars here at Westward Heights! Maddie has been part of our WHCC family for a little over two years, and her journey with us is something truly special.

Maddie first joined us while she was still in high school, balancing school responsibilities while caring for our residents with the compassion and dedication far beyond her years. After graduation, she continued her education at the University of Wyoming, but her heart has always remained with Westward Heights.

Even while away at school, Maddie continues serving as a Seasonal Employee, and the moment she comes home, she jumps right back in—picking up shifts, catching up with her residents, and bringing her warm smile and caring energy through the halls.

🎄 Holiday Season Reminder from Westward Heights 🎄

As we enter the holiday season, we want to share a few important reminders to help keep everyone safe:

✨ Artificial Christmas trees are allowed as long as they are flame-retardant and include supporting documentation.
🚫 Cut/real Christmas trees, real garland, and real wreaths are not permitted inside the facility due to safety hazards.
✨ Any decorations hung on residents’ doors must be sprayed with flame-retardant prior to being displayed.
