Cherri Siebert.

Cherri began her journey at Westward Heights 15 years ago as a CNA and has grown into one of the most influential mentors in our community. Her dedication to developing others has shaped countless team members, ensuring new staff receive exceptional training and truly understand the “why” behind the work—not just the tasks. Cherri was also part of our very first Certified Medication Aide course at Westward Heights and has proven time and time again what an outstanding choice she was for that opportunity.

And of course, no recognition of Cherri would be complete without mentioning her costumes. Every year, she dresses up with the residents on Halloween, fully embracing the fun—and she consistently comes up with the BEST costumes ever.

One of Cherri’s greatest strengths is her honesty. She speaks up when something isn’t right and offers thoughtful insight when processes need to change. Her grounded, steady presence is something we rely on daily, and I personally value her integrity and the trust we’ve built over the years.

She is a true leader!

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Zach Sizemore 🌟

We are so excited to shine the spotlight on one of our very own—Zach Sizemore!

Zach is a proud graduate of our 2025 CNA class here at Westward Heights, and from the very beginning, we knew he was something special. Even before officially joining our team, Zach was already winning the hearts of our residents—being “voted in” by those who absolutely adore him speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. 💙

Over the past 5 months, Zach has truly become an essential piece of the Westward Heights puzzle. He shows up each day with a smile, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for caring for others. His dedication to his residents, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn have helped him grow quickly into an incredible caregiver. He is a natural, and it shows in everything he does!

Outside of work, Zach is very family-oriented and values the time he spends with his loved ones—something that reflects so beautifully in the compassionate care he provides here.

Okay… real talk—you are an absolute ROCKSTAR, even if you don’t see it. The way you show up every single day with heart, compassion, and so much care for our residents and team is something special. You carry so much, give so much, and somehow still make everyone around you feel supported and seen.

You might not always realize the impact you’re making, but trust me—we feel it every single day. You are such a huge part of what makes this place what it is, and we would be lost without you.

Caitlin has been a part of the Westward Heights family for over 7½ years, serving four years as our People Development Coordinator and the last 3½ years as our Administrator. Her journey within our organization reflects her deep dedication to the residents, staff, and community we serve.

Caitlin is a fierce and passionate leader who leads with integrity, compassion, and vision. She continuously inspires our team to live out our mission of “Dignity in Life.” Through her leadership, Westward Heights remains committed to providing the highest quality of care while creating an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and truly at home.

Team Member Spotlight: Rochelle Manning ✨

Rochelle Manning has been a valued member of the Westward Heights family for the past 7 months, and in that short time she has already made such a wonderful impact on our residents and team! Rochelle works full-time as a Life Enrichment Assistant, where she brings energy, creativity, and joy to the activities and experiences she helps create for our residents every day.

In addition to her role in Life Enrichment, Rochelle is also a CNA and is always willing to jump in and help the nursing department by picking up extra hours when needed. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever she’s needed truly embody what it means to be part of the Westward Heights family. And if you’ve ever met Rochelle, you know she almost always has a smile on her face, brightening the day for residents and coworkers alike.

A little about Rochelle in her own words:
"My name is Rochelle Manning. I have lived in Wyoming all my life! I have five girls and a husband named Josh. We love everything outdoors and love training wild mustangs! I absolutely love my job and my work family—there is not a better place to work!"

✨ Team Member Spotlight ✨

Today we are celebrating Jordan Johnson, RN, who has officially been with Westward Heights Care Center for 4 months! We are so grateful she chose to bring her talents to our team. 😊

Jordan has been living in Lander for the past four years and proudly calls it home, though she is originally from Riverton. During that time, she has built strong roots in our community and continues to invest in both her personal and professional growth.

She holds three associate degrees and a bachelor’s degree — talk about dedication! 📚 She is currently preparing for the MCAT with plans to attend medical school next year. We love seeing team members chase big goals and dream even bigger.

Outside of work and academics, Jordan is committed to high performance and self-improvement. You’ll often find her rock climbing or mountain biking — activities that challenge her both physically and mentally. That drive to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully is something we truly value at Westward Heights.

Jordan, thank you for the knowledge, motivation, and positive energy you bring to our residents and team each day. We are proud to have you as part of the WH family! 👏
