Ahhh, FB! Thanks for reminding me of our trip to Cuba for Sam’s 50th a few years ago! The beach there was amazing!! But enough about that..
I’M TEACHING YOGA at 4:15 on Wednesday at the Bhava Shala. As expected in Empowerment Flow classes, there will be some heat.. and plenty of opportunities to kick it up a notch!! (“it” being relative, of course.)

If you ever find yourself in the Denver airport, check out this space, even if you just have 5 minutes to spare on a layover... Breathe, meditate, take a class, or do your personal practice at Yoga on the Fly! Quiet (with noise canceling headphones they provide), clean (mats/space), private (individual spaces), and complete (with mat, blocks, strap, blanket, and bolster.. And even Eco lavender deodorant and unscented lotion, etc.) 👍🏼 🕉
