Protein balls! Life saver when you're sick of all your other options!! 1/2 c each cashews, Almonds, pumpkin seeds, almond or peanut butter. Add collagen powder, 8 dates soaked in water, unsweetened coconut flakes (till desired consistency). Blend all together in a food processor, roll into balls and roll in coconut flakes. Store in fridge. Play with your options, there are a million out there!

This is Teena C. I tried to post this salad the other day, so I'm trying again. Super easy, poached or roast chicken, cucumber. Green pepper, red onion, raspberries, sliced almonds on a bed of spinach and arugula. Top with smokey peach vinaigrette from Well fed week nights. Yummy. I used fresh peaches.

I always struggle with being healthy on the weekends, at parties, or when traveling! My strategy for this is pre planning!!! If you plan to drink, have a low carb option along. If you bring a salad or veggie tray to share, you're sure to have a healthy option available!! Side note: obviously drinking of any kind isn't "healthy" but if you're going to do it, plan ahead!! Please share your ideas for staying on track and still being social 👍👍

Cauliflower rice, with chicken curry. Super Easy, super healthy! What's for dinner at your house? Here's the recipe:

Chicken breasts
Two bell peppers,Onion, snap peas, garlic, fresh ginger, fresh basil. Sauté , steam cauliflower, mash add coconut milk and salt and pepper. Add curry of choice to veggie chicken. Put over cauliflower rice and enjoy!
