Protein balls! Life saver when you're sick of all your other options!! 1/2 c each cashews, Almonds, pumpkin seeds, almond or peanut butter. Add collagen powder, 8 dates soaked in water, unsweetened coconut flakes (till desired consistency). Blend all together in a food processor, roll into balls and roll in coconut flakes. Store in fridge. Play with your options, there are a million out there!
