Our Story

Welcome, I’m Kimberly, founder of the Little Yoga Place. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and bolder both on and off the mat.

My levels of training have been completed with Om My Yoga Academy. I am an RYT500, ERYT200 as well as a certified VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga instructor.

In my classes, I combine thoughtful sequencing, a dose of inspiration, and a spirit of playfulness to help yogis of all levels deepen the practice and awareness of their bodies. I seek to help others in nurturing their body, mind, and soul with yoga, helping my students to feel nourished, balanced, and refreshed on and off the mat.
