Feeling tired, frazzled, or a little stuck in the same loop might not need a big life overhaul. Sometimes the smallest shift is the one that changes everything, like simply walking out the door. 🚪🚶‍♀️

Geneviève Marshall, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, shares a warm and thoughtful reflection on how nature 🌳🌿 has always been a quiet kind of healer in her life, from childhood days spent outdoors to the busy, beautiful chaos of parenting today.
